I cannot verify my phone number

Check SMS codes, resend options and existing-account issues.

Jules sends a four-digit verification code by SMS during setup or when you add a reminder number.
  1. Check the country code and phone number before requesting a code, for example +44 or +1 followed by your number.
  2. Make sure the number can receive SMS. Check your messages, blocked senders and any spam filtering.
  3. Enter the most recent four-digit code. Do not share this code with anyone, including support.
  4. If the code does not arrive, wait for Resend code to become available, then request a new one. If Jules says verification expired, request a fresh code and try again.
If Jules says the email or phone number is already registered, log in to the existing account instead of creating another account.
To change an existing reminder number, email [email protected] from the address linked to your Jules account. Number changes go through a short review.
For further help, tell us the step that failed, the error shown and your country/carrier. Do not send verification codes, login links or credentials. Support replies by email without a guaranteed turnaround.
