Connect or troubleshoot Google Calendar

Connect Google Calendar and check missing or changed events.

Google Calendar sync is part of Routine. Jules can connect up to five Google accounts and uses the primary calendar from each account. Additional and shared calendars within an account are not included.
  1. Open Jules Settings and find Google Calendar.
  2. Choose Connect, select the correct Google account and complete Google's permission flow.
  3. Check that sync is active. Choose the event-importance preference you want, then use Sync now.
Jules looks ahead 30 days for timed events. All-day events are skipped, and your importance preference affects which events become reminders. If an event is missing, check its Google account, primary calendar, start time, Routine access and sync status.
Change an event's title, time or repetition in Google Calendar. On a later sync, changes to imported events update their pending Jules reminders, and cancelled occurrences are reconciled. Check Jules after syncing to confirm the result. In Jules, the call window can be changed for one occurrence or the repeating series.
Pause sync or Disconnect calendar stops new imports. Existing reminders remain in Jules, so cancel any you no longer want. Reconnect through Settings if requested.
If help is needed, tell us whether the problem is connecting, syncing or a missing event. Do not send Google credentials or permission tokens.
